The proximity to Saran Withi Bridge made it easy and convenient to walk there, plus the friendly and helpful staff created a welcoming atmosphere.

we spent 1 night in a double room with good water pressure and enough warm water, as for instance. it had a great street view balcony. the location was beautiful and amazing, a 10-15 minute walking distance from wat ao noi.

Location really close to the beach by bike, and sea front. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Free parking nearby provided...

Excellent location next to the Chinese Temple. the restaurants nearby, like Ma-Prow Restaurant, offer excellent food. - Quiet atmosphere. - Good-sized rooms. - Well-equipped bathroom with a bath.

Convenient spot! We were so close to the City Pillar Shrine, just a stone's throw away. 🏛️.

The breakfast was great with plenty of coffee, pastries, and fresh fruit. 🥐🍎 the location is convenient, within walking distance of the bus station, restaurants, and a Chinese Temple.

This place is absolutely mind-blowing! The room is super spacious and the air con works perfectly. The owner is incredibly nice and keeps to himself, but always provides cold water and snacks. The view of the bay is jaw-dropping and there are some lovely cats roaming around. The location is excellent, right opposite the beach, within walking distance to great restaurants and markets. The staff is friendly and helpful, and there are friendly cats and a dog on the property. The outside terrace area is a great spot to enjoy a drink while watching the sunset. an amazing experience!

The value for money at Grandmabalcony was great, with comfortable rooms and a beautiful balcony view. The location was perfect, right by the sea and the amazing night market. The staff were really nice, even giving us a ride to the bus station.

The only thing that could have been improved was the variety of breakfast items available.

I recently stayed at Grandma's place in Prachuap Khiri Khan for a few nights and it was fantastic. The location is unbeatable, right across from the beach with a stunning sea view from the cozy balcony. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with fresh bed linen and a neat bathroom. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, even providing a free ride to the bus station. The hotel is brand new and I can see it getting even better over time. a great experience.

The location was superb, right by the waterfront and with a beautiful view. The room was simple, but clean and the bed was very comfortable. We loved the communal balcony where we could enjoy our own food and relax. The owner was friendly and even let us park our car on the premises. The facilities were great, with a large fridge, complimentary fruit breakfast, and unlimited tea and coffee. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

If you're a light sleeper, you might hear the fishing boats in the morning, but it's a minor issue. the key card disconnected all power to the room when we left, a bit inconvenient.

We had a great stay at this hotel. It was very clean and had all the necessary facilities, including a new firm mattress, towels, blankets, hot water shower, aircon. The location was excellent, right on the beach and opposite the beach. We also appreciated the easy transportation options, as it was easy to get from the train station to the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they even let us park our car on the premises. the hotel provided a great experience.

The room at Grandmabalcony was cozy and welcoming. The flat-screen TV kept me entertained, and the private bathroom with its comfy slippers made me feel right at home. The air conditioning in the double room was a big plus, especially in the hot weather.

The only thing I liked less was the balcony. It wasn't really my thing, but I know others might enjoy it.

Great value for money, the room was spacious and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The location was ideal, walking distance to the night market, pier, and motorbike rental places. We loved the presence of the well-loved animals on the hotel, especially the lovely cats. The view from the balcony, overlooking a Chinese temple and the bay, was astonishing. The local restaurants, including the one just outside the hotel, had a lovely vibe.
